Well...that escalated quickly!

Since my last post I've put on a lot of weight then promptly lost 9 lbs 15 oz of it 9 motnhs later.  Yes thats right, turned out I was pregnant and I had my baby boy on August 3rd.

This somewhat compounded the weight loss goals of last year but has increased the need for it now.  I had lots of back problems throughout the pregnancy and even now 2 months onwards.  This has meant I've had to ease off on a lot of exercise save some very gentle stretching.


So...

Overall goal: To be fit, healthy and confident in how I look and what I'm wearing.  Ideally I would like to wear an outfit made of size 12 clothes.

First major milestone: Get to pre pregnancy weight of 11 stone 9.5 pounds by Wednesday 25th February.

First minor milestone: Get to 12 stone 9.5 pounds by Wednesday 19th November


Objectives:
  • Use MyFitness Pal to log food and calories, staying within a daily allowance of 1340 calories
  • Lose around 1 lb per week, weigh on a Wednesday
  • Do a daily activity, i.e. go for a walk, some yoga, something gentle that gets me up and moving
Weigh in Wednesday 8th October - 13 stone 2 lbs
